The only way I can think to prevent discharge from getting on your partner's penis is to head to the bathroom right before sexytimes, and use a finger or a dildo to wiggle around up there and get most of it out already. Then you can wash up and come back out.
Of course, that may turn you off even more. In which case... sorry, but I don't know of anything that will reduce your discharge.
