Alright ladies, it's been awhile but hopefully someone can help me out.
So last night I had sex with my gentleman friend and I'd say it was our normal pace-I don't really recall anything too 'wild.' When I woke up this morning, however, my public bone hurt SO BAD. I'm wondering if there's any way I could of bruised it during sex or what's going on with it. I tried to google my pain but of course all I got was pregnancy posts (and I'm definitely not.)
What do you all think? Curse of having good sex? And if so, are there any remedies of how to keep this a little less painful? It's just like a sharp pain when I move certain ways (ESPECIALLY touching it.) Thanks!

As for remedying it, I'd say just take some Advil and give it a day or so.

I agree about the advil, you could ice it if it's swollen and tender, or - if you're a natural kind of girl, arnica gel is supposed to work wonders for bumps n' bruises
