i used to be like you. then i took ortho tri cyclen lo for 4 years and got one every month if not twice or more a month. i thought it was just from getting older. only to switch to yaz and realize that nope it was the ortho. i havent gotten one since (double knock on wood). sometimes it can be a hormone thing.
