Just to reassure you, because you seem to be beating yourself up about it, there is no reason to get a GYN exam immediately after having sex. At 22 you MIGHT be due for a pap test, if it's been three years since the first time you had sex. The only reason why I think you might want a GYN exam is because of your irregular periods...but frankly a bimanual might not tell you much about that either.
