Cut because of possible triggers

I just found out I am pregnant. The ultrasound said 19 weeks! I have been on the pill and never take the placebo week, just skip to the next pack, so I didn't notice a lack of period. I had no symptoms except the belly that started to show which made me take a test. I want an abortion but I have heard that 2nd trimester abortions are really bad. The clinic near me does them up to 26 weeks so I know where I can get one, but I have some questions

What is the procedure for 2nd trimester abortion and how does it differ from 1st trimester?

Should I tell my boyfriend? He thinks im gaining weight and has commented on it.. I was only 108 pounds and I am now 121. I really can't consider keeping the baby so I'm thinking not telling him would be best?

I'm so confused, im 18 and JUST started college, and I know now is NOT the time for a baby. I never thought I would be in this situation, which is why I'm on the pill. Any advice is appreciated.
