but i can feel it coming on, and is there anyway to nip a yeast infection in the bud?
some way to quell itching....?

drink cranberry juice!
drink alot of it, thats usually how i nip them in the bud.
make sure its not cranberry juice watered down or just plain sugar.
it works nicely....

really? huh. maybe your right. but it seemed to have worked for me?! and i dont eat yogert so it wasnt that that took care of it.
oh and im with the previous poster who thought it wasnt a good idea to put yogert derectly on your vagina. sounds like a really bad idea to me. but im not certin
