Hello! I officially just joined vaginapagina and birthcontrol. I was wondering if anyone can answer my questions regarding Natural Family Planning. Does anyone use it? How successful has it been for you? What do you do?

My SIL uses FAM from the book of TAKING CHARGE OF YOUR FERTILITY and it has worked for her. I, myself, have been using it...but I am not sure I have got the hang of it yet. I have heard a lot of ppl praise it though.
