Do you mean around your labia lips or the mound of your goin? Hand lotion that you would use for winter dry skin should be fine for the mound. For any other "parts" I wouldn't apply anything only up your water intake and wait a bit.

...I don't put lotion on or in my vagina. I'll put lotion on my legs and sometimes a teeny bit ends up on my outer labia, but rarely. And I use sensitive skin lotion always, too.

Lotion really should be going 'round down there.

Meant *shouldn't*...

Personally, I prefer sunflower oil over olive oil as a moisturizer. I've only ever used it on my pubic mound though, no where on or near my labia.

If you're having sex and using condoms though, you need to be aware that oil can weaken latex and cause breakage.

None. I'd never use lotions on my vulva, or stick any up inside my vagina. I would only use lube or vitamin e oil. I've heard that you could use olive oil, but I've never tried it.

I get razor burn like nobody's business, so I use Lubriderm for sensitive skin. It really helps, and has no fragrance. It's never irritated my labia or caused any infections. I like it a lot :)

I sometimes use coconut oil. But as others have mentioned if you use condoms, you probably don't want to do it.

i slather cocobutter all over my v, and it's never affected me badly? and I've only ever broken a condom once in like four years.

I would recommend baby lotion, but I guess that still isn't a great idea.

None. If I really need to moisturize it, I'll put some vitamin E oil on it, but I rarely have to do that.

I use Vaseline intensive care on my vulva/lips after shaving and suchlike. Don't get it in your pink bits though. For pink bits, I don't know what to recommend, but definitely lotions wouldn't be a good idea. Hope this helps!

I sometimes use 100% shea butter on my mons. It seems to work well.

I don't put anything further in? than my outer labia. I get super dry skin and it's crazy sensitive, too, AND I go commando so sometimes I just get dry bits. Anyway, I've been using a compounded oil that's mostly sunflower oil, with some vitamin-E, a little tea tree oil, and calendula. No fragrance other than the nice smell of the oils in it. Keeps ingrowns and razor burn away, slightly antifungal with the tea tree, and also keeps my little tuft of pubes all soft. I think it's called "Hollywood" somethingorother, and I got it in the black skin and haircare section of the grocery store.

I'm on HBC and my partner and I don't use condoms, though. I'd be wary of anything oil-based around condoms.

Cetaphil is my new favorite lotion. Derm approved and its kept the dry-skin-related itching down, which I like, a lot. Though only ON the junk, not IN the junk.
