So, due to my Planned Parenthood telling me they will no longer be carrying Lo Ovral, my clinician said she is switching me to Ortho Cyclen. She said to just start taking that after I bleed after my last pack of Lo Ovral.
I generally stack my pills, though, as I hate bleeding and like to avoid it. Do you think I need the hormone-free week to help ease the transition to a different pill, or can I just go right from Lo Ovral to Ortho?
Thanks!

I'm going to say yes. I would be worried about them reacting funny or something. Think about it as just one period and then no more for a very very long time. :)

I'm going to figure that you're going to hit "oh, hai, new hormone and filler balance here" no matter which you do, myself. You might yet spot on it, if the hormonal balance isn't what your uterus is used to, though.

I tried going from one pill to another without a break and ended up spotting for the entire next month. (From yasmin to Loestrin 24). So I would suggest not doing that, but I don't know how different the two pills of yours are.
