So I had a colposcopy& cervical biopsy today& was reading up on things that you are encouraged to avoid for a day, if not a week (such as tampons, sex douching, even exercise). I was just about to use gynazole, which is a yeast medication which is inserted in the vagina and was wondering if I should hold off on this as well? My gynocologist didn't mention anything I should specifically avoid, however she has a tendency of being brief.

In short, should i use this here vag cream or not?

Also of note is that I had no bleeding and minimal cramping after the biopsy. I don't know!
