I feel really awkward posting about this sort of thing. But hey, every woman has issues and needs answers.
Anyway, lately my period has been very hard to track. I'm 20 and I've had it for 6-7 years, so I'd think that it would start to be on a regular schedule, but maybe I'm wrong? What else could be causing this to happen? It's really bugging me because I have general anxiety disorder and I get really nervous when things are off kilter. Especially my period, because a few hours after I get it, I get very bad, almost debilitating cramps for the first day. I don't know what else could be going on. Could my depression have anything to do with it? Any other ideas?
Also, I saw a post about having lots of discharge, and I've been having that problem as well. The feeling is ucky, to put it simply, lol! It's like a little gush. I'm not sexually active though, so any STD wouldn't be the answer. Any ideas what could cause that? I've recently had my blood tested and there were no problems, so I really don't know what's going on.
Thank you [so much] in advance for any enlightenment!
