Brazilian Waxing-before and afters

I was wondering if any of you knew a site that showed before/after pictures of Brazilian waxes.

Edit: I'm thinking about going to get one, but I want to see the effects. Aka is it THAT much greater than shaving?! Its kinda on my "to do" list b4 i die, so I figure.. why wait! *but I do wanna make sure its worth it*

Personally, I got a Brazillian figuring it would not be stubbly and irritated like what happens if I shave. I was stubbly after only a few days, and I got ingrown hairs like nobody's business, despite taking good care, taking precautions and exfoliating. I don't know if this is helpful at all. But, I just know my sensitive skin didn't like waxing as much as it doesn't like shaving. *sigh*

I've had a few brazillians, and the best thing to do is to get a good waxer. Ask around, your friends, maybe even on a lJ community for your area. It's sensitive down there, and the outcome depends greatly on the skill of the beautician.

I've found an amazing woman, and she only takes about 8-10 minutes MAX to wax me.

She asked me how I wanted it done.. and i sort of ummed & ahhed, and she said - I think you should go with a *landing strip* because i have fair hair, and without it i might look a little *juvenile*. I can certainly say she made the right choice.

It really doesn't work miracles on the first go, but if you stick with brazilians, the hair does become finer after time and you won't get stubbly as fast. But the first time, there will always be a few broken hairs and stragglers.

This. Also, if you're a shaver, you'll find random hairs that were the wrong length during the waxing growing in over the next month. I had my second wax last week, though, and everything is perfect this time.

As far as photos, try looking at pictures of female genital piercings. The artsier/better quality ones usually have a model that waxes, and they don't photoshop the skin or anything so you can get a good look at the texture and stuff. Sounds weird, but it's about the best result you're going to get googling "shaved pussy" or something. :P

Actually, porn (on video, not pictures) might be a good place to see the results of waxing, too. I've seen porn in which the actress's hair was starting to grow back in or she had a few waxing bumps.
