If you still have a regular health care provider -- someone who's seen you in the past 12 months, usually -- it might be worth calling to see if they'll write a prescription without you coming in for a visit. I know that my gynecological NP, the person who prescribed by HBC for me initially, had no problem doing this. If it's a provider who hasn't seen you within the past year or who wasn't the one to prescribe the Yaz initially, then that might be a not-so-helpful suggestion.
Another option besides PP might be to check out your county health department if you have one. It's not a guarantee, but they're among some of the more likely places to have a "no one will be turned away for inability to pay" policy.
