Vaginal Tissue Lumps & Bleeding After Yeast Infection?

Hi all, I have a question and am not sure where else to post it and remembered this cool community. :)

Well I have a yeast infection, it had been burning/itching/swollen for about a week and was getting worse, I finally went to the doctor Wednesday because I kinda was freaked out when I noticed it seemed there was a small lump or two just inside the opening which was very sore, pink color and everything just extra swollen parts that are not normally there, protruding out a bit, almost like a hemorrhoid but in the vagina, but I didn't think such a thing existed? So the doctor said it looked like a bad yeast infection with a ton of irritation and gave me Diflucan which I took immediately. Yesterday it had seemed to improve a bit not burning and swollen like it had been but not completely better.

Maybe it wasn't the best idea but I didn't know it would be a problem, last night I had phone sex and used my dildo/vibrator on myself. It seemed good and all until I hung up and sat up and realized I was sitting in a rather large amount of bright red blood! Not just a little spotting, it was everywhere, all over me and enough to soak through my blanket and sheets. It wasn't like old period blood, was red and had no lumps. I am not entirely sure what would have caused that? Could it be somehow from irritating the irritation inside? It really shocked and scared me, a little bit wouldn't but so much of it has me worried and I want to be sure it's not something more serious than the yeast infection. Has anyone ever had a similar experience?

Also, I'm supposed to have a date Sunday and might end up having sex and I'm not sure if it's even safe to do so, don't want to start gushing blood again...ahhh please help!

I couldn't say if the bleeding was related to what was going on with your YI or not, but you should probably wait until you're fully healed to have any more vaginal sex. If your YI was that bad, I can see where that could have happened.
