For a while using organic cotton tampons/pads was a relief over using Always, but after a while they became irritating to me too. I switched to cloth and the DivaCup, but I can only use the cup when I'm at home because it pokes out if I move around :( But it's perfectly comfy when I sit. Anyway. The cloth pads are good because even though they're rather bulkier than the thin pads I used to use, they don't irritate me and I don't have to keep spending money on them.
