I read in a magazine a while back that soya milk can be good for stabalizing hormones and increasing libido. So I bought some, have taken to the taste of it, but googling this afternoon have discovered it actually can LOWER libido. Most of these posts did seem to be from men, and to be honest there were few of them, but there were also few of any information regarding the claims I read in the magazine. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Also, does anyone know if it's viable to buy DHEA in the UK? Apparently here it's only available via doctor's prescription. I can't find it in health stores.That being said, UK websites seem to stock it. Is this the same thing and what I should be buying? And how many mg a day should I be taking to see imporvement in libido?
