vaginapaginaI just got my Nuva Ring at Planned Parenthood, well at the pharmacy, but I had gotten it prescribed there.
I'm terrified of putting it in, I mean... I think it won't go up all the way since I have small hands (lol)
I don't know maybe I'm just paranoid.. Any pointers on inserting it?
& Is it safe using it after You just had token contraception?
