Sporadic Bleeding?

So I was on the nuvaring for 4 weeks, and then I took it out, it just wasn't working out. I had my period for 7 days (Normally 4) and it stopped for 2 days. Then out of nowwhere, I get a huge gush of blood and clots and it stops like 3 hours later. This might be TMI but my husband and I normally have really rough sex (for the past 5 years) and now I'm bleeding after sex as well. Just a bit for an hour or two but I'm really like wtf? Any ideas/suggestions here?
