When your doctor says,"If you see or smell smoke, don't worry, that's normal", you know you're in for a really interesting day.
Luckily, my LEEP totally wasn't bad at all, and the only thing that hurt was (ironically) the anesthetic application, and while I had thoughts of BBQ running around in my head, the procedure was done in less than 15 minutes from start to finish and was actually easier than the cryotherapy that I had before. 600mg of ibuprofin does wonders, and only hours later, I am running around normally with minimal pain.
With any luck, this will be the start in a bunch of clear paps from now on, because while I totally love my doc, I'm getting pretty tired of having so many pantsless conversations with her, y'know?
