I am on Apri (Ortho-cept). Have been for 3+ years. I love it. As far as I can tell no real side-effects except that on my placebo week I am more apt to get migraines (However, I get them all the time, so whatever).
I LOVE it because I only have 4 periods a year, I just skip the placebo week and continue on with my next pack. Pretty awesome! And I tested it out, cramps and the amount/length of my period is the same with every 4 weeks or every 3 months.
