vaginapaginaDoes anyone know of someplace I can find information on effectiveness for combined methods of birth control?
Specifically HBC (OTC-Lo) and spermicide? Do any of you have any opinions on either of those, combined or otherwise? Thank you!
(Also, for the record, I always take my pill at the exact same time every day, +/- maybe 2 minutes?)
