Infection?

I'm 8 months pregnant and can no longer see my vagina, so I took a handheld mirror and took a look. No abnormal discharge, but the area between my outer and inner labia was lined with some chunky white stuff. Not a lot, just a little bit of it, but enough to worry me. It's been there (that I know of) over two weeks now and I don't itch or smell anything, and it never builds up enough to rub off on my panties, but it's still there all chunky and ew. What could this be? Should I see my OBGYN about it?
