OUCH! Normally I would say Neosporin with pain reliever, but as that's kinda close to the vagina, I don't know how that might affect your natural bacterial balance. :-/ Regardless, aloe vera gel is always a safe bet, and mixing it with some tee tree or emu oil would provide some antiseptic properties.
