The paranoid hypochondriac is coming out in me right now and I was just wondering: Is it quite obvious when a condom breaks during sex? In most cases the guy would notice if it was broken when removing it after ejaculation right? I'm new to this whole sex thing and am enjoying it but the paranoia and fear of pregnancy that comes along with it totally ruins it for me! Ugh!!! I'm nervous only because, I've had sex with my SO three times, two of the times, after ejaculation I could clearly see that the tip of the condom was bulging full of cum when he pulled out. The other time however, it looked, not so full and of course my first reaction is "OMG IT LEAKED?!? I don't know. I have a serious worrying problem :(!!!!

Also, how long does it take for hormonal birth control to become effective after the first dose?
