I started taking birth control 4 months ago. I've tried twice before with different brands for longer periods of time. The more research I do and the different side effects I have to deal with, I realized that this is just NOT for me. I'm going a more natural route now to help correct the estrogen-dominance I've endured with these pills and yesterday was the last time I will ever take a birth control pill.

What should I expect now that I have stopped taking these pills? I've been warned to expect "craziness" but haven't heard any experiences or scientific explanations.
