Okay, mid-cycle spotting for someone who never has it - an early sign of pregnancy or not? I say, no - it's just an odd cycle, but I was talking to someone who thinks it's a sign of implantation into the lining of the uterus. I can't seem to find any info backing up either one of our statements. Can anyone just point me in the right direction as to where to look something like this up?

i get 6 of these symptoms of pregnanacy almost every period. i am certainly not pregnant. i think you're right, too.

As you said its probably just an odd cycle, hormones can be crazy and unpredictable as I recently found out with a very bizzarre and long period.
That checklist of pregnancy symptoms is interesting, I think I get most of those with my PMS as well as the ovulation weirdness I seem to have started getting latley (must be to do with that whole body changing every 7 years thing).

From what I have read, you can have midcycle spotting when pregnant, but that it is not an official sign. Breast tenderness is a common symptom (but could also mean you are about to get your period.) I don't remember the website I read this on. It might have been on ivillage.com. I did a search on google for pregnancy symptom and sign and found lots of lists.
