The risk of getting pregnant on hormonal birth control taken perfectly is EXTREMELY small. Do you see it a lot in people who don't take their pills very well? Because it just doesn't happen often at all in people who take their birth control correctly, and implying it does is being pointlessly alarmist, in my opinion.
To the OP: it is perfectly safe pregnancy-protection-wise to have condomless sex with ejaculation. However, because it sounds likely that you are allergic to his semen, withdrawal may be more comfortable for you. But you don't need to use it for pregnancy protection purposes (though you can if you want another method for backup).
