Aleve is not a combination of aspirin, ibuprofen and caffeine. Aleve is naproxen. Excedrin perhaps might be what you're thinking of, and that has acetaminophen, aspirin and caffeine. Midol regular does not have ibuprofen. It also has acetaminophen.

The primary formulation consists of:

* Acetaminophen 500 mg (Pain Reliever)
* Caffeine 32.4 mg (Stimulant)
* Pyrilamine Maleate 15 mg (Diuretic)

The "Cramps & Body Aches" formulation consists of:

* Ibuprofen 200 mg (Pain Reliever)

The "Extended Relief" formulation contains:

* Naproxen Sodium 220 mg
