everyone in my family is an aleve fan, but thats because 2 out of 4 of us have really bad joint issues and thats the only thing that seems to work. so, we all take it for other things too. headaches, cramps. i swear by it. (i also like it becasue its smaller and shaped differently than tylenol and advil and thus goes down smoother.)
im pretty sure midol is basically the same thing as ibuprofen. not sure about tylenol.
