Feb. 3rd, 2002 08:15 pm Hey. I'm new the community & I have a question.
I've never used clothes pads before, but I'm really want to start. The problem is, I don't know where to get any. I've seen a few DIY sites that offer them, but they're too expensive for my cheap (not to mention poor) self. Plus I live in Canada which usually adds to the cost. I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper way to get my hands on some. Thanks. :)
Cloth Pads
and Pandora Pads also sells them
http://www.pandorapads.com/
There have also been several posts in this community regarding patterns for sewing your own.. You might want to go back through and see if you can find any, but I'm sure the gals who have information on sewing your own will respond to your post.
I believe there was a woman on here one time who posted that she would take orders for homemade pads, and that she was less expensive than the Pandora Pads store... that was some time ago though. Might be hard to find that post.
I have to say I love the flannel pads I purchased from the Menstrual Cup site... they're soft and comfortable and even have wings that snap around the crotch of my panties. And those suckers do NOT move!
canada represent!
