This give a basic rundown.. basically, anything past 2 weeks of conception is the amount of time it would take for a test to be accurate, anyway. :)
The pregnancy has not even implanted and signaled itself to the body 5 days past fertilization. Morning sickness is not possible due pregnancy when the body does not know it's pregnant yet.
And it's also worthy of note some paranoid people/people on the watch will "read into" normal happenings as "signs" of pregnancy when it might not be so at all.
