Assuming that he did come in you, if you just got off your period 2 days ago, then your chances are still pretty slim but you could take EC if you're really concerned.
This has happened to me a couple times and I decided not to take EC because it was such an extremely slim chance, but waiting a whole month to get my period again sucks. It helps a lot to check my cervical position every day and if it's still low 5 days after the incident then I know that it's been long enough for sperm to die before I ovulated (ovulation makes your cervix retreat further up into your vagina). Doing that gives me more peace of mind.
