i've somewhat experienced that with the first 2 injections. i received #3 on monday and it was actually less painful than #1 and #2. I also recieved my depo shot in the opposite arm the same day. i've found that for me, Gardasil hurts more during the shot than after and Depo is painless going in but my arm aches for a couple days after.
