Clitoris sensativity

vaginapaginaQuestion about my clitoris:
It seems that only I can get myself off using my clitoris. If someone else touches it, it makes me jump, as it is super sensative. I've even given my boyfriend bloody noses when he has suprised me by sucking on it during oral. Is this normal? I was being told, in another community, that it was abnormal for my clitoris to be sensative to someone's touch besides my own. Since I trust you ladies more than another community, I figured I would ask here.
Sorry if it's been asked before, though. I'm kinda heading out the door and hoping to have some good news when I come home. :/
