yes things are mostly cleared up with occ. itching but i think that will be gone in a day or so.
as for a good shot i guess good lighting - and a decent camera.
I used a freestanding mirror so i could see the back screen of the cam to make sure the picture was lined up - i had the self timer set so i hit the shutter button and had 10 seconds to *pose* for the shot. The camera was only about one foot from my vag.
