I have actually had it look like that before. And trust me, I know it's no fun.
But my experience is to always go for the longer Monistat. They seem to work better. And ALWAYS follow through with treatment. It may not look better on the first day, which is why you need to keep doing them. And it may even look clear and symptom free after the 3rd day. But ALWAYS keep doing it. No matter what! I would REALLY recommend getting a 7 day monistat treatment.
But of course, going to a doctor is recommended. Even if it does clear up.
