This might be a few things, but I am guessing its this... (because I experienced the same thing)
You might have a tilted cervix. It doesn't mean anything is wrong with you, it just means that some positions will provide a little discomfort and pain... so try your best to work around it if possible. If there is anything else, like blood or discharge... see your gyno... could be an STI... or a UTI...
