Actually, the majority of pre-lubricated condoms contain a silicone based lubricant, which is why it feels kind of oily. Silicone lubes are long-lasting and don't dry out or soak into skin, which makes them work well in a condom package. They also do not contain glycerin, so using prelubed condoms are not likely to cause yeast infections.
There are, however, some prelubed condoms that do use ky jelly (Trojan ENZ is the one that comes to mind first) and others that say "water-based lubricant" (I think Durex makes one). AND, the condoms that have warming or numbing properties may contain silicone lubricant and additional ingredients that could contribute to irritation and infection.
