I will support the other posters in saying you should probably just do a research on NuvaRing before making any pre-conceived assumptions about it. Ask your clinic about it. I am sure they'd be glad to help you if they are hell bent on NOT inserting an IUD

The only 100% method of No-Baby at all is abstience and obviously, that's not an option. I don't blame you! If I had a steady BF I would not abstain from sex.
