i would say that you go to the doctors when one shows up ASAP (within 24-48hours) so that it could be checked to see if it is herpes. Also, they can do a blood test to check for herpes. in any case even if it is not warts or herpes, your doctor should be able to give you meds to help the soreness go away when whatever it is crops up.
