Really dumb Trix Yogurt question

This is going to be a awful question but I'm pretty sure I have a yeast infection. Going to a doctor is out of the question as of right this minute but i read that yogurt helps? Now does this yogurt have to be special yogurt because all I have is trix yogurt and all I want is somehting to soothe the itching but I would imagine trix yourt would make it worse becaue of all the sugars and dyes and stuff in it. Any ideas? Thank you
