Hmm, as far as vagina breathing goes, I've read and heard it mostly in reference to wearing cotton underwear. Synthetic fabrics can exacerbate YI's or create the prime environment for one. I wear underwear most of the time because like you, I am "leaky" pretty frequently. Sometimes though, I come home and go commando because I just need to be free and let my vagina "breath." I don't know, it's just a feeling I get where I feel like I need to air-out.
