vaginapagina | Clindesse for BV (Reply)

Hi girls! I posted here last week about my PID, yeast, UTIs, and my crappy gyno. I went back to that crappy gyno eventhough you all told me to see a different doc. It was the only doc I could get an appointment with in such short notice and I figured seeing him again was better than seeing no doctor at all...

So I went and I told him about the constant burn I've been having. I actually liked him better during this visit. He gave me an exam, said it wasn't yeast and thought it was bacteria instead so he gave me Clindesse for BV. He told me I'd be feeling better within 3-4 days and if I wasn't I should call him.

I used the Clindesse Friday so it's almost been 2 days. I'm feeling a little better, but now I'm starting to get a little bit of an itch with the burn as well so I have a few questions...

Has anyone ever used Clindesse? If so, was it helpful and how long did it take to relieve your symptoms? Also, from what I understand this is an antibiotic to kill bacteria... so wouldn't that make me susceptible for a yeast after this treatment?? I think I might kill myself if I get yeast on top of this OR if it doesn't help me at all!
