I'm moving out of my apartment on Saturday, and I was packing up my linen closet this evening.

Six types of menstrual products. Am I preparing for a nuclear war? How the hell did I accumulate all of this? ...But you will notice in front there is a solitary blue pouch that houses my Keeper--I've got enough feminine hygiene products to last me a few years, but my dear Keeper is all I use.

I have A LOT, too. I've got a Keeper, too but I can't get it in, I've got Insteads, boxes and BOXES of tampons and packages of pads EVERYWHERE. And the sad thing is -- it's at BOTH mom's and dad's. It's crazy. >__

Oh man. I have the same problem. Two or three boxes of tampons, two boxes of pads, and a diva cup. I can't remember the last time I USED pads! I keep trying to remind myself to go donate them, except I'm not sure any women's shelters will take the packs if they're already open (the individual wrapping isn't, just the boxes). Someday...

I keep a few pads/tampons in the house incase a friend comes over with an emergency, but I loveee my keeper. I'd donate your unused items to a women's shelter they really need them.

I have about the same pile of pads. Some opened, some sealed. My mom just keeps buying them when they're on sale.

I had tons of female stuff and I ended up having female cancer last July and had to have a Hysto. So I didn't know what to do with open boxes and bags of this stuff. So the night before my hysto my girlfriends and I lined my car with panty liners like a racing stripe. Then we took the tampons and tied them to the car.....My husband(ex) had to be at work early in the morning and always walked out the car half asleep. So he had to go to work with this all over his car. It was going out with a bang that is for sure. It was my way of keeping my spirits up during this rough time. Plus he was just being an ass about everything anyway so he deserved it! =)

eeeh we have a bunch of different stuff, too. i use tampons at the beginning of my period. a regular one and a slightly heavier one (i use OB). we also have panty liners for the last couple of days, huge night-time ones, and thin ones for the middle days.

I have a box just filled with supplies. At least I know I'll never be caught running to the local grocery store/drugstore with toliet paper shoved in my pants.

The linen closet in my bathroom looks much the same. Two different sizes of Beyond tampons, Stayfree pads, Kotex Overnights, Carefree liners, Carefree liners To-Go packs and a package of Always my mom bought me because she had a coupon. I don't even live with her.

It doesn't stop there, though. I have no less than 5 bottles of shampoo/conditioner in my shower, two razors and two kinds of scrub. In the closet there are at least 5 cans of shave gel and two waxing kits.

I have the same issue. I moved out of my dorm and found loads of things of pads (different sizes), tampons (even different brands), and pantyliners. And all I use now is my Diva Cup

I've heard about this thing... it's linked on the Lunapads site... called Dignify a Zister. You can send your unwanted pads to Zimbabwe to help out women there who have no disposable products and limited water to wash out reuseable ones. Here's a link:

LOL! I've been trying to find a new home for the tampons and pads I haven't used. My assistant reminded me I could put them in my set kit for work. (Models/actresses always ask wardrobe for these things!)

Gotta love homemade pads and my Mooncup.

the picture comes in as really big and long long time to load. Photobucket tends to do that, I've had lil sized pictures come out to be a huge page high, You have to watch that with pb, I usualy just reduse them to 25 to 50 percent even tho they were not that huge to begin with, and it works ok.

i was about to say "wow, that's a lot!" until i mentally counted how many varieties i have.... super heavy pads that i no longer need since my hormonally regulated periods are lighter, normal pads that i currently use, pantiliners for when i spot, insteads from when i tried them and decided they made me cramp too much, and a few tampons from when i was curious about those.... and i want to get a divacup soon. i am officially disconcerted by my massive stocks of menstrual products. and i think i need to find a nice women's shelter or send the ones i don't use anymore to zimbabwe or something. sheesh d:
