Some basic info. Discharge if clear, slightly yellow and no odor is not a bad thing. As long as your not itchy, or smell like fish, It may just be your wetter than usally. Using pads to sop it all up may be causing the smell. Douching is bad, your vagina cleans it's self (thus the discharge), you use chemicals, soap, or anything else up there, you may disrupt the harmony and get a Yeast infection or BV. Water is the only thing that your Vagina needs to stay clean.
My honest opinion, make yerself some home made pads out of towels, t-shirts, washcloths, etc. Anything that absorbs water well. When possible wear cotton panties, or none at all. You can wash them by hand in the sink and re-use them, or just throw them in the laundry. They will treat you better than store bought pads.
If the links people gave you on here for BV sound like something you have, you need to get some antibiotics. I understand you may not be in a friendly enviroment to get to a doc. I live in a place also where the concept of cabs and buses are nothing but things ya see on TV. But you need to get that cleared up. Also try to work on the fear of a doctor when it comes to your privates. They are doctors, they are trained and they arn't looking at it in a sexual or dirty way, they are there to help you and stay healthy. I'm not saying you have to just up and change, but please try to work your way into a better understanding of "care and health" over "invasion of my private parts".
