i'm not a member here but i saw no one else had replied... i've had this done and while the procedure itself was not too bad (some strong cramping and a mild burning type sensation), i was cramping pretty badly afterward. i took some tylenol beforehand and my doc recommended aleve for later. i went ahead and took the rest of the day off (work/school) and stayed home. post procedure recommended no insertion for 2 months, although that may vary from doctor to doctor. all in all it wasn't too bad, more uncomfortable than anything. hope that helps, and if it's too late sorry.
