Circular tissue on period blood, unusual discharge

Hi i am new here so please let me know if I am breaking any rule. I need help with my period blood, so it's my 4th day of period today. First two days were only spotting. Today my discharge has unusually a lot of mucus. So earlier today I felt a sudden gush that made me rush to the toilet because it felt so big. when I checked my pad, there was a fleshy circular thing with an opening, it's mostly color red because of the blood but I can see some flesh color. It looks like an onion ring with the size of my thumb. I have panicked and I cried because I was so worried. Please please help me. I don't want to go and see a doctor because im scared. I think it would be better to share my story here first since I've read some posts with very positive response. I'd like to post a picture but I'm not sure it would be allowed as it's pretty gross. But I really want you guys to see the picture so you could give your opinion based on what it actually looks like on the picture. I'm not sure I described it enough. Please tell me if I could post the picture and how. Hope you can help me. I can't sleep thinking about it.

I have posted yesterday about this, This is what came out of my vagina, i did not post a picture because i do not know how to, now i am trying to post it and hide thru lj cut. I dont want to break the rules so i want to hide it. Hopefully it come out right.

I am sexually active and we do not use any protection, just withdrawal. I dont know if i was pregnant so i was thinking maybe i had a miscarriage. but im hoping this is just a uterine cast. Could you guys please confirm? Im really worried. Thank you.
