Anal warts or something else?

A few months ago, I felt a small bump on the inner part of my buttcheek. I assumed it was a skin tag or something of the sort and kind of forgot about it..Until recently. I now have 8 - 10 small bumps, all around my anal area. They are skin-colored, they don't hurt or itch, but there are a few close together. I've read online that anal warts tend to cluster and now I'm freaking out. I am obviously making an appointment to get myself checked out, but has anyone had experience with anal warts? (I haven't had anal sex in months, but for a while I was doing it about once a month and I was not using protection.) Is there anything I can do at home to get rid of these things?
