pregnancy chances?

first a few points... 
I am not on any form of HBC, my husband and I usually use the withdrawal method and FAM
We are not actively trying to conceive but it wouldn't be the end of the world if I was pregnant
I am currently taking 10mg a day of prednisone, if I was pregnant would this be harmful to the developing fetus?

Friday night we had sex and he didn't withdraw in time, Sunday I noticed that I was producing copious amounts of EWCM and after this I felt some tiny period like cramps on the left side of my belly.  

What are the chances, do you think?

Post IUD insertion & D&C bleeding

Quick one! It's been a week and a half since I got my D&C and IUD insertion. I'm still bleeding, which I know is normal, but today some weiiiird stuff came out. I was peeing and heard a plop. I thought it was a blood clot, but it looked weird so I fished it out with toilet paper and it was this huuuge glob of mucus (clear) striped with some blood. It was extremely stretchy and gooey and...yeah. Noooot sure what that is... Help? :)

I just started the Nuvaring yesterday. Im concerned because it seems I really dont know much about how to use it. My gyno really didnt explain and I cant understand the directions in the pamphlet. I had to watch a youtube video to find out I was inserting it wrong. I just kind of squeezed both sides and insert it, I guess you have to do a figure 8 and fold it. I get a lot of BV infections for some reason so I hope having a ring in there doesnt make me more prone to vaginal infections. Can anyone give me more info on how you use this method personally? I know its supposed to be easier but it seems a little more complicated than I thought. Thanks!
