first off, thanks for the help on my HBC + Daylight Savings question!
so my next question is about kegels. i'm curious about whether or not i'm doing it right. am i supposed to be clenching my butt & is it supposed to feel like something is slowly moving up and down? (..kinda like an elevator?) the last time i had sex, i tried squeezing but i either didn't do it correctly or it did nothing. i'd love to tone my vag muscles so i can give my partner a nice little "how do ya do?" the next time i see him. ;D plus when i'm bored at work, it'll give me something to concentrate on. ha. :) so.. how do you know if you're doing kegels correctly?
